Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man: Charlie Cox Hasn’t Seen Series Yet By Daredevil star has addressed his involvement in Disney+’s upcoming animated series , which is scheduled to make its debut later this year. During a recent appearance at the Fan Expo Boston 2024, Cox has revealed that he had already finished recording his voiceover as Matt Murdock/ Daredevil for the Spider-Man series three years ago. Despite this, he admitted that he hasn’t really gotten the chance to see a preview of the new show other than the early drawings of it.
Besides Your Friendly Neighboor Spider-Man, Cox will also next be seen in Daredevil: Born Again. “I went into the studio and did some voiceover for that a long time ago. Years ago, during when I was shooting She-Hulk, so I think that was 2021,” Cox said (via ).
“I’ve just seen a couple of scenes that I’ve voiced. And I haven’t even seen the scenes, I just saw the early drawings of it. That’s all I know.
“I haven’t seen any of it, I have no idea what the story is, but it’s cool. It’s cool that [Daredevil’s] in it. I’m excited about it.
” What is Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man about? is written and executive produced by Jeff Trammel. It follows Peter Parker on his way to becoming Spider-Man, with a journey unlike any we’ve seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots. It is said to take place in an alternate timeline of the MCU.
