Bob Dylan , Robert Plant & Alison Krauss and Celisse are still expected to perform at the festival as scheduled.



The Outlaw Music Fest Tour kicks off Friday in Alpharetta, Georgia, before wrapping up September 20 in Gilford, New Hampshire .
