Willie Nelson has been forced to miss the opening shows of his joint tour with Bob Dylan "on doctor's orders". The 91-year-old singer was due to launch the Outlaw Music Festival Tour with the Like a Rolling Stone singer in Atlanta, Georgia, on Friday but pulled out of the show, along with other dates in Charlotte and Raleigh. Audiences were still able to enjoy Nelson's songs at the gigs as his son Lukas Nelson treated them to a "special set".
"We regret to inform you that Willie Nelson is not feeling well and, per doctor's orders, has been advised to rest for the next four days," a statement shared online read.
