With temperatures hotting up for us Mancunians, it can be difficult to know how to dress babies at bedtime. Baby sleep specialist Abi Thompson has come up with an easy to follow chart giving parents a rough guide on what young children should sleep in depending on the temperature. The guide shows that in the temperatures of 27 degrees plus, babies should be sleeping either in just a nappy, or a nappy and vest.
