TAYLOR Swift's lived up to reputation as she wowed 50,000 screaming Swifties in the first of her three major Aviva Stadium gigs. And she sent her Irish fans into a frenzy by counting in Gaeilge and featuring a popular Irish phrase at the end of a hit song. Tay Tay kicked off the show just after 7pm in a sparkly pink bodysuit for the opening track 'Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince' to deafening screams.

The concert - that went over three hours long - featured over 40 songs from across the pop superstar's 11 albums, with each album separated into eras, giving the tour its name. The singer was met with deafening screams from Irish Swifties as she declared: "Alright Dublin, we have arrived!" She performed another song from her 'Lover' album before addressing the crowd again. She said: "What an absolute honour and a privilege it is to say these words.

"I haven’t played a show in Dublin in over 5 years and I know you know this, but nobody does it like you. "We’re a couple of songs into this very long show, and I’m already seeing people in the audience who should be getting awards for their performance." A costume changed signalled the move to the second era of the night, her 'Fearless' album.

The singer reappeared to the stage in a shimmery dress with an acoustic guitar in hand to play some golden oldies from the 2008 album. Love Story, You Belong With Me and title track Fearless hyped up fans even more as the show truly got underwa.
