Vikings: Valhalla season 3 official trailer Vikings : Valhalla fans have been left distraught as the Netflix series came to an end with its third and final season last week. The last eight episodes dropped on Thursday, July 11, giving fans the perfect opportunity to binge the final chapter of Leif Erikson (played by Sam Corlett), Freydís Eiríksdóttir (Frida Gustavsson) and Harald Sigurdsson’s (Leo Suter) adventures over the weekend. Season two concluded with the death of Jarl Olaf Haraldsson (Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson) by Freydis, while Leif and Harald found their way to Constantinople.
In this last instalment, Leif finds himself losing his purpose in the new surroundings and begins a journey north to a mysterious land he remembers from childhood. Unfortunately, many fans of the show were left frustrated by the last episodes, claiming there are still several questions left unanswered.
