Fans of new series My Lady Jane have been left stunned by the 'undeniable chemistry' between two characters. The show, which has launched on Amazon Prime Video, is a romantic period drama and is set in an alt-Tudor world . History has almost been rewritten in the series, as King Henry VIII's son Edward does not die of tuberculosis, and Lady Jane Grey and her husband Guildford are not beheaded in a twist of events.

Lady Jane is portrayed by Emily Bader, while her husband Guildford Dudley is played by Edward Bluemel. The couple's marriage is not straightforward however, as Jane soon discovers her husband turns into a horse every night. The first episode sees Guildford promise Jane a divorce if she can help cure his animalistic tendencies.



Over the course of the next five episodes, the sexual tension between Jane and Guildford continues to build up and they eventually get intimate with one another. The raunchy scene kicks off with Jane asking her husband what would happen if they don't get a divorce as planned. He responds by kissing her and untying her corset.

Jane proceeds by sharing her concerns about being intimate, as she is inexperienced. "Do you think I’ll like it?" she asks. "I tried finding out what it’d be like, I tried looking in books but there was.

.." Her husband interrupts her, and eventually says he will "show her" what to do.
