Following the release of their ninth studio album ‘L.A. Times’ last week, Travis have announced they’ll be entertaining city dwellers on their lunch break tomorrow (July 18), with plans to busk in central London.
The special one-off show is set to take place at FOPP record store, 1 Earlham St, London, WC2H 9LL, and will begin at 12:30pm. Afterwards, the Glasgow quartet will be around to sign records and take photos with fans. Last week, the band surprised fans in their hometown by busking on a vintage double-decker bus in Glasgow City Centre .
The bus had previously featured in the music video for the single ‘Bus’, which was also directed by frontman Fran Healy. Not everyday you see @franhealy from @TravisBand hanging oot the back of a routemaster in Glasgow belting out tunes! Glorious marketing; still sounding ace! Streaming #Travis all day since, sooo many bangers👏🏾❤️ See you guys at the Hydro in, I’m locking that in!🫶🏾 #LATimesBus pic.twitter.
