TOP Chef returns tonight and a new winner will be crowned to cap off season 21. Danny Garcia, Savannah Miller, and Dan Jacobs will attempt to cook their best dishes to woo judges Kristen Kish , Tom Colicchio, and Gail Simmons. The winner will receive a hefty cash prize of $250,000 and one lucky chef will take home $10,000 for this season's Fan Favorite contestant .
