hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys were in stitches on Tuesday morning after a 7-year-old guest accidentally swore on live TV. Laddie Buster Lehmann appeared on the breakfast show with his dad, comedian and radio presenter Anthony ‘Lehmo’ Lehmann, where they spoke about his burgeoning career as a comedian and their plans to go on tour together. When asked if they had any jokes ready to go, Lehmo said they had been practising and Laddie had a “favourite joke” he liked to perform on stage.

“What’s that about?” Sylvia asked, to which Laddie replied, “Just Brian s**tting his pants”. The TV hosts immediately burst into laughter and covered their mouths with their hands in shock before David remarked, “Sorry, I didn’t realise he worked blue!”. As the group continued laughing, Laddie put his head in his hands and giggled.

“I can see why you got the gig,” Sylvia joked, while David added, “So it’s an over-18s event?”. After a video of the on-air moment was shared on social media (with Laddie’s accidental swear bleeped out), followers took to the comments to applaud his joke. “This little fella is hilarious,” one person wrote, while another added, “They were awesome!”.

“We need more of him. People need to laugh and not get everything too serious,” a third replied. Lehmo also commented to confirm that the cuss word “was not in the script” and Laddie “went rogue”.

Laddie’s comedic stylings first went viral on Instagram in De.
