The hotel has flown in Chef Wijeratne all the way from Radisson Kandy, Sri Lanka, who will showcase authentic Sri Lankan cuisine at the dinner buffet.
The Sri Lankan-inspired décor at the entrance of the restaurant gives a tropical vibe to guests. Vibrant colors, traditional motifs, and tropical elements have created an atmosphere that transports guests to Sri Lanka. The festival has been meticulously planned by Radisson Blu Plaza's Director of Culinary, Chef John Biswas, with assistance from F&B Manager Mani Ranjan Sharma.
