Vassos and Turner might be in touch right now, but it doesn’t seem likely that things will turn romantic between the pals.
If they were to hook up, Turner and Vassos would run into the same issues Turner ran into with Nist. Vassos isn’t interested in leaving her family behind in Maryland. It seems like they are just good friend bonded by their shared experiences.
