The Decameron OTT Release Date: Kathleen Jordan’as medieval black comedy web series ‘The Decameron’ is finally landing on the digital screens this month. Boasting skilled actors like Saoirse-Monica Jackson & Zosia Mamet in lead roles, the eight-episode-long drama is set to hit Netflix on July 25th, 2024, giving the platform’s subscribers an opportunity to binge-watch the show right from their homes’ comfort. Sharing the compelling trailer of The Decameron with fans on social media, Netflix, on July 10th, officially unveiled the digital debut date of the Amar Chadha-Patel starrer web show.

Taking to its official X (Previously Twitter) handle, the leading global streaming giant dropped The Decameron’s trailer & attached it to a caption reading, ” Til death do they party? The Decameron, a wine-soaked romp based on the literary classic, premieres July 25. Starring Tony Hale, Zosia Mamet, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Sex Education’s Tanya Reynolds, Jessica Plummer, and more.” Netflix’s post left the fans excited and they are now waiting for the upcoming series’ premiere with bated breath.



The Decemaron’s plot unfolds in 1348, a time when several European cities, including Italy’s Florencewere struggling with the infamous pandemic of the Plague. The web series circles the life of a bunch of nobles who, in order to run away from the black death, leave their native city & relocate to Villa Santa’s countryside. However, the group’s worst nightmares come to rea.
