Taking to its official X (Previously Twitter) handle, the leading global streaming giant dropped The Decameron’s trailer & attached it to a caption reading, ” Til death do they party? The Decameron, a wine-soaked romp based on the literary classic, premieres July 25. The Decemaron’s plot unfolds in 1348, a time when several European cities, including Italy’s Florencewere struggling with the infamous pandemic of the Plague. The web series circles the life of a bunch of nobles who, in order to run away from the black death, leave their native city & relocate to Villa Santa’s countryside. However, the group’s worst nightmares come to rea.
