's former assistant, Heather Wirth, has given fans a glimpse into what it's like to work with the pop sensation, confessing that it takes some time for the Love Story singer to let her guard down. Heather is among several ex-employees featured in the new Discovery+ docuseries, Taylor Swift Vs Scooter Braun: Bad Blood. The series delves into the bitter feud between the Grammy-winning artist and the seasoned music executive, which peaked when Braun bought Taylor's masters from her previous record label, Big Machine Records.

This move spurred the Shake It Off singer to start re-recording her albums to regain control of her music. In the docuseries, which has already been dismissed by Taylor's team, Heather shares her experience working with the star in 2015. She described the "Cruel Summer" singer as grounded and friendly towards crew members during her 1989 World Tour.



"Taylor is very down to earth. There is no fakeness to her, everything is very genuine, very real," Heather elaborated. She also recalled a memorable moment while traveling with Taylor on tour.
