With the European Championships and Copa America now in full swing, we suspect many of you will be settling down this weekend for some wall-to-wall football. If not, then there's always video games. Here's what we're playing.
Despite having weeks to prepare, I'm still not ready to dive into Shadow of the Erdtree . Firing up NG+, I’m beelining for some gear I missed at Volcano Manor , and learning how to play again. Radahn , Mohg , and then in, the hype is real now.
I'm not going to bother with Elden Ring's DLC just yet, I don't think. As much as I loved the main game, I generally feel like I got my fill, and so I'm going to wait out Shadow of the Erdtree. There's a new update in Honkai: Star Rail , so I'm probably going to start making my way through that.
This weekend I'm sure I'm playing the exact same thing as everyone else. A follow-up to a critically acclaimed game that revolutionised the industry and released in a year ending with 2. That's right, I'm playing Metroid Prime 2 Echoes ! That's what we're playing this weekend, then, but what about the rest of you? As always, let us know in the comments section below.
After the challenging Hollow Knight, I will relax with some mayhem in GTA V. And on the side, I will start a second playthrough of Link's Awakening Remake and I will make some progress in Link Between Worlds! My copy of Shadow of the Erdtree will come next week and I will start a fresh NEW journey in Elden Ring on PS5, so small game sessions with the games ab.
