Two of Angela Scanlon's shows have been shelved (Image: BBC) Strictly Come Dancing star Angela Scanlon has had to face double the disappointment as two of her shows have been quietly shelved after five years. The first is Your Home Made Perfect which hit screens in 2019 and saw virtual reality and technology being used to show people what their dream homes would look like before undergoing construction. Each episode saw the homeowners having to choose one of the architect's visions to bring to life, with the show last airing in August last year after four series.
The success of the show led to a spin-off series called Your Garden Made Perfect which began airing in 2021. However, the broadcaster has now revealed both shows have been axed and will not be returning to television screens. The BBC shared a statement to Metro.
co.uk which read: "At present, there are no plans for another series of either programme." Angela, 40, took part in the last series of Strictly Come Dancing and was partnered with professional dancer Carlos Gu.
