Sony Pictures Television’s (SPT) long-serving French sales exec Noemie Weisse is retiring after three decades at the U.S. outfit, with SPT expanding Zelda Stewart ‘s role.

Weisse worked across distribution in various EMEA regions including Greece, Turkey, Middle East and Africa to eventually managing the French distribution office as SVP and Country Manager for France. She has served in that role since 2018, leading television and home entertainment distribution of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s (SPE) new and library content portfolio across all French-speaking territories. Her expanded role at SPT extends her responsibilities from Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland to also cover France, Belgium, and all French-speaking territories.
