Apple Music has announced singer ShineTTW as its latest ‘Up Next’ artiste for Nigeria. This is a prestigious accolade that aims to shed light on emerging talents across the globe. ShineTTW, born Chukwuma Chinaza Ferdinand, began his professional music career in 2018.
His combination of Afropop and R&B has earned a coveted spot in the Up Next programme. The programme was established by Apple Music in 2017. They have previously shed a spotlight on other Nigerian artistes such as Tems, Rema, Burna Boy, Mr.
Eazi, Wavy The Creator and Qing Madi. In his role as the latest Up Next Nigerian artiste, ShineTTW will feature on Apple Music’s specially curated playlist that highlights an array of different emerging talents. Apple Music’s global editors select these artistes.
Additionally, this milestone is a celebration of ShineTTW’s journey in the music scene. It also builds anticipation for his upcoming debut project, The Chosen One. His fans are expecting to see him showcase unique visuals and a new sound.
