I attended her second Eras Tour show in Edinburgh on Saturday (June 8) and it was even more than I could have ever hoped for. I had high hopes for her live vocals, and she certainly didn't disappoint, exceeding all my expectations.
In fact, I would go as far as to say that she sounds even better live than she does on her albums - and that's coming from a die-hard fan who has listened to all her albums countless times. I had high expectations for the production of the show and the visuals, based on videos I had seen online, and they indeed surpassed anything I could have ever imagined. Each era was represented with its own theme and costume change, every minor detail was beautifully presented and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the show's presentation.
From billows of smoke reaching to the sky during 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and plumes of fire as she sang 'Bad Blood', the concert was incredibly exciting and immersive. There was even orange confetti as Taylor sung: "Autumn .
