Sean Kingston’s mother, Janice Turner, has been released from jail after she and her son were charged with numerous felonious counts of theft and fraud . Turner, 61, paid $160,000 to bail herself out of Broward County jail near Fort Lauderdale, Florida on May 26. According to court records obtained by TMZ , Turner is currently facing 8 charges, including conducting an organized scheme to defraud, grand theft and identity theft.

That day, Kingston posted on his Instagram story: "People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!..
my lawyers are handling everything as we speak." It was then confirmed Kingston was arrested in California later that day, and currently remains in San Bernardino County jail. "This evening, police in Fort Irwin, CA, arrested Kisean Anderson, aka Sean Kingston without incident on a Broward Sheriff's Office arrest warrant for numerous fraud and theft charges,” Public Information Officer Carey Codd told Fox 5 Atlanta .
The “Fire Burning” rapper’s hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, where he is expected to be transferred to Florida custody. The charges center around the allegations that Kingston failed to make payments around a $150,000 televis.
