Sam Thomspon has revealed his bid to break into presenting went awry after he was snubbed by ITV's This Morning , losing out on a job to a showbiz rival. The Made In Chelsea star told his friend and podcast co-host Pete Wicks how his offer to present the showbiz news was turned down, instead leaving him dressed up as "Dosh Man". Speaking on the Staying Relevant podcast, 31-year-old Sam told how he was dressed up for a competition segment in which he approached people to spin a wheel, giving them the chance to win a cash prize.

But instead of letting the I'm A Celebrity winner try his hand at presenting after he repeatedly asked them, they gave the gig to Big Brother's Will Best , with Sam claiming he was told there were no available slots. "And they're like, 'No, we love you on the team but we just think we're going to keep you doing Dosh Man for a little bit longer.' And I was like, 'ok fine', so I've turned up my little action-man suit, and, it is really nice to meet people, I do love that bit.
