Race Across The World fans have branded a scene in the most recent episode the "most moving TV moment of the year". The BBC programme sees five pairs take on an epic race through countries without planes, smartphones and credit cards. In its latest series, contestants are travelling through Eastern Asia in the hopes of securing the £20,000 prize.

During Wednesday's episode, brother and sister duo James and Betty had viewers in tears as they opened up to each other. Betty, 25, revealed her heath battle that has left her "without a womb" as she heartbreakingly told her younger brother James, 21. She shared she was diagnosed with MRKH after discovering she did not have a uterus, womb and only one kidney at the age of 16.



It is a rare congenital disorder that affects the female reproductive system. Betty and James previously shared how they weren't close before appearing on the show. Viewers have watched them bond over the weeks travelling together.
