Pubs will be able to stay open until 1am tomorrow as the nation watches England bid for Euros glory. New Home Secretary Yvette Cooper said licensing laws would be relaxed to let boozers keep their doors open until 1am as Gareth Southgate's men battle it out in the final against Spain. Pub licensing hours can be eased in events of "exceptional national significance", meaning pubs and bars can stay open for an extra two hours tomorrow night to let fans toast to victory - or drown their sorrows, the Mirror reports.
