The Duke of Sussex won't be attending the ceremony of Hugh Grosvenor, the 7th Duke of Westminster, and his wife-to-be, Olivia Henson. Instead, Harry's close pal will be joined by Prince William , with Harry nowhere in sight.
It's a situation that an expert says will be leaving Harry feeling overlooked by his friend.
