McDonald’s customers have been left divided after a new menu item launched in stores this week. As part of the chain’s latest menu shake up, foodie fans will now be able to try three new items, including Fish Bites. McDonald's Fish Bites are described as five bite-sized pollock pieces in a crisp panko breadcrumb coating.

They will also be available in a serving of nine as a side on the main menu for £5.79. A picture of the new Fish Bites made its way to Instagram.

” Also included in the new Happy Meal trial is McDonald's new Flavoured Milk and its new McFreezy. Customers will also be able to get the much-loved Mayo Chicken in the deal too. The new Happy Meal items will be available from May 29 and only for 14 weeks as part of a trial.

The trial will take place in 187 .
