The 54-year-old quizmaster was told he had the neurodegenerative disorder back in May 2019, and has since bravely shared various updates about his health and progress. Now, in his new book titled One Sinha Lifetime, Paul recalled having an episode of urinary incontinence and experiencing a stiff shoulder, which he didn't think much of at the time.

Looking back on the moment however, he added: "This was probably the first indication that there was something seriously wrong with my health." Later on in his memoir, Paul said he also experienced stiffness in his right shoulder, but again dismissed any concerns.
Having always been the "healthiest" out of his family members, who had respectively suffered from poor health, and having a "crippling phobia" of injections, The Chase star said he put off seeing a doctor. "I had any number of reasons not to seek medical help," he wrote. "I assumed that I'd simply sprained my shoulder during sleep.
If I just bide my time, the stiffness will disappear, was my homespun self-diagnosis." Read More..
