A one-year-old boy from Ghana has become the world’s youngest artist. At just one year and 152 days old, Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah has been officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s youngest male artist. His artistic journey began when his mother, Chantelle, a fellow artist herself, noticed Ace-Liam’s fascination with paint at only six months old.
To keep him entertained while she worked, she laid down a canvas and dropped some paint on it. What happened next was a masterpiece in the making! Little Ace-Liam explored the paint, spreading it across the canvas in what became his first creation, aptly titled “The Crawl.” READ ALSO : GWR Unveils World’s Most Valuable Necklace, Is It Really? “While learning to crawl, I spread out a piece of unstretched canvas on the floor and dropped some paint on it as a way to keep him busy while I worked on a commission painting,” she explained.
This sparked a passion within Ace-Liam, and his artistic endeavours soon garnered national and international media attention. Even the First Lady of Ghana took notice of his talent. With over 20 paintings under his belt, Ace-Liam participated in his first group exhibition, showcasing his work alongside established artists.
