NORTH West brutally hung the phone up on her mom Kim Kardashian after she used a slang word incorrectly. North, 10, called her mom, 43, "annoying" and "cringy" during the scathing call in the latest episode of The Kardashians Season 5. Kim revealed in a confessional that her kids find her "embarrassing" and gave the example of her recent misuse of the word "gyatt.
" "Gyatt means a big butt. I got it off TikTok," the Skims founder said. "It makes you feel so old when you don't know what the slang words are.
" Kim added that she deliberately misused the word while trying to get her four kids out of the house. "I was like, 'Guys, we're late. We've gyatt to go!' And they were like, 'Mom! You're so embarrassing!'" Kim recalled, imitating her kids' horrified expressions.
She then called North and said, "I just told the story how I'd said 'You've gyatt to go.'" She added, "Why am I so cringy? Why am I so annoying?" "First, you're so cringy because you're saying those words," North retorted on speakerphone. "Gyatt damn!" Kim teased before North abruptly ended the call.
"Oh. She hung up on me!" the reality star noted. This isn't the first time North has displayed her sassy behavior on the family's Hulu reality show.
In last week's episode, Kim's eldest child was caught rolling her eyes at her mom's friends. In the scene, North and Kim walked into a family party with Kim's friends, and her younger sister Khloe. "Hey guys!" Kim squealed as her friends cooed back, "Hello! Hi! How are you?".
