Nicole Appleton says becoming a mum again at the age of 45 has been "easier" than when she had her first baby in her 20s. The All Saints star welcomed her first child - son Gene, now 22 - with her first husband Liam Gallagher when she was in her late 20s and she became a mum again in 2020 when she gave birth to her daughter Skipper, four, with second husband Stephen Haines - and Nicole thinks having a child later in life has been less stressful. She told OK! magazine: "It’s been the best.

I find it easier now. I don’t know why. I was younger before.



But [the second time around you’ve] been there, done that." Nicole even insisted other women who are thinking about having a child later in life shouldn't hold back. She added: "If I had any advice for women who want to become mums later in life, I’d say if you can, just go for it.
