It is approaching 15 years since a legendary British adult star travelled across the Irish Sea for a controversial Sex Tour of Ireland series. The Emerald Isle was rocked even more so than the rickety caravan Tanya Tate used to shack up with local men. Tanya, who is from Liverpool, sparked a media storm after making a film of her steamy encounters on the road.
And last year she spoke about why the smutty trip was a destiny she had to fulfil on her podcast. Up to 30 blokes feeling like they had the luck of the Irish signed up to sleep with Tanya, now 45, after she made an appeal for volunteers. The sessions happened during the worst floods to hit Ireland in 50 years - but she still looks back fondly on the experience.
Speaking to Joe.ie, she remembered: “We met the guys and drove to a secluded spot and then basically it was time to have fun with me. I called the guys into the caravan and we just got down to it on camera.
” The mum-of-one, who is now based in LA, also spoke on the about one of the men who left her in stitches. She laughed: “So we start the camera rolling and he's outside the caravan. I'm like ‘ok, you know, what's your name?’.
And he went, ‘ohh me name's Coco’, and I'm like, ‘what?’ “It cracked me up because that wasn't his name and I wasn't expecting him to say that. “Once we started, we went inside and I’m like, ‘come on, Coco, come on inside’, and I'm p***ing myself laughing and the cameraman's pissing himself laughing. “All I ca.
