FERNE McCann has been praised after sharing a genius hack to split a banana into three baby-safe batons. Once she'd put Finty in her high chair, she unpeeled a banana and removed the stringy bits. "This is the best banana trick," Ferne said, as she took her finger and pushed it straight down the middle of the fruit. Once she'd done that, the banana split naturally into three pieces.
"There you go," she said. "Perfect banana batons!" She then handed on of the batons to Finty, who tucked straight in. Ferne went on to show some of Finty's other favourite snacks, including small bits of chopped up cheddar, and tiny rolls of ham.
