Michael kept things casual and wore a pair of dark blue jeans and a red shirt with a paisley pattern on it.
He added a stylish brown jacket to his look and opted for a pair of light blue sneakers. Michael was seen chatting with fans as he left the luxury hotel while being pushed in his wheelchair amid his battle with Parkinson's disease .
