Eduardo Nepomuceno-Vega, 32, was one of 41 people taken into custody during Operation Red Rooster, an investigation targeting criminal street gangs in Merced County, the California Department of Justice announced Thursday . In August 2023, Nepomuceno-Vega, who raps under the name GB or Getto Boy, was honored by the Merced City Council for his philanthropic efforts.
