The One Show: Alex Jones expresses her worries over Michael Mosley The mayor of the Greek Island where British TV presenter Michael Mosley is missing has said there is “no chance” the search will be called off until he is found. The 67-year-old doctor went missing on Wednesday evening while walking along a coastal route on a Greek island. He is understood to have walked home alone after "growing tired.

" Eleftherios Papakaloudoukas, the mayor of Symi, has vowed to continue the extensive search operation which has involved police, firefighters with drones, and divers. Mosley and his wife Dr Clare Bailey are understood to have been staying at a villa in Symi’s main harbour. When he set off on his walk, temperatures rose to a scorching mid-thirties and it should have taken him 25 minutes to complete the kilometre route.

A search dog was only able to work for an hour on Saturday morning due to the heat.

It is undestood that Michael left his phone at his holiday accommodation. Those leading the investigation have said that they were open to all possib.
