Friends star Matthew Perry dies aged 54 The sudden death of Matthew Perry, beloved Friends actor famous for his role as Chandler Bing, is allegedly under fresh scrutiny by the US Postal Inspection Service (USPS) and other agencies in a new investigative probe. Perry was tragically found dead in his hot tub at his Los Angeles residence in October last year. Although no signs of foul play or drug paraphernalia were found on site , the coroner later determined that the "acute effects of ketamine" were the cause of death.

Earlier reports indicated that the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) had put a pin in their investigation into Perrys demise after the coroner deemed it 'accidental'. However, recent reports suggest an "open investigation" has been launched looking into the origin of the lethal dose of ketamine. Speculations include the role of postal inspectors scrutinising if the star procured any narcotics via mail, adding to their efforts of tracing packages to piece together the puzzle. The report also alleges.
