The Married At First Sight star, who deactivated her Instagram , wrote a statement on the social media page for her Sit With Us podcast, which she shares with Ella Ding. 'As many of you know, I've been on a journey towards better mental health and I'm writing to share an important update with all of you' the statement read.
'I am nearing the end of my 21-day stay at a mental health facility where I've been focusing intensely on my wellbeing and recovery. 'The time has been invaluable for me, allowing me to reflect, heal, and grow in ways that I couldn't have imagined before'.
