NEW YORK — Madonna is being sued by concertgoers claiming the pop icon forced them to watch “sexual acts.” The “Like a Virgin” singer, 65, was sued Wednesday by Justen Lipeles for negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, and breach of written contract during her March 7 show at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, according to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight. They then begin to act out sexual situations including cunnilingus, and digital penetration amongst other pornographic type situations.” Lipeless, who also sued Live Nation and four California venues, also claimed he became ill due to the intense heat after Madonna ordered the venue to turn off the air conditioning. His suit also accused Madonna of lip-syncing after than advertised.
