Sam Taylor looks unrecognisable in an unearthed throwback as he ditches his rugged look for a clean-shaven face. The 23-year-old hairstylist, hailing from Sheffield, will be one of the many contestants to search for his match on Love Island 's upcoming season, due to air on Monday, June 3, 2024. Formal introductions have been made with Sam revealing a secret talent he hopes to use in the program.
The contestant has showcased a bushy beard and for displaying multiple tattoos ahead of his stint in the popular reality series. However, back in 2018, as proven by a post found on hairstylist Marcus Hukin's Instagram feed, Sam looked unrecognisable, sporting a clean-cut image and a buzzcut hairstyle. The hunk, who is one of the stylists at Salon Sixty, is now a gym enthusiast as he shares regular post-workout shots to his own social media account.
Speaking to producers ahead of his stay in the Love Island home, Sam explained he had been "single for six months" but despite enjoying the single life, the self-described "flirt and spontaneous type" admitted to missing "having that one person." "I am a big flirt and I do have a reputation going out with my client", he revealed, adding: "I love brunettes and I do go for blondes, but my speciality is colour correction so I can change them!" He continued: "I do miss having that one person. In my old relationships, they got free hair cuts.
I think I'll thrive in the villa, but if all fails at least I can just offer them a blow dry." Meanwhil.
