Love Island host Maya Jama cried as Islanders made some shocking decisions tonight after Casa Amor. The original girls were shipped off to Casa Amor, with six new boys entering the villa hoping to tempt them away from their partners. Elsewhere, the boys stayed in the main villa and had six new girls sent to join them.
Whilst some recoupled, others chose to stay loyal. Matilda and Sean were first to find out their fate, and things got awkward when both Diamante and Ruby opened up about their connection with Sean in Casa, despite him choosing to couple back up with Matilda. There were fireworks as Diamante told Matilda she could have Sean, whilst she said she wasn't special enough to be sitting with him.
There were tears tonight at the recoupling when Nicole returned to see Ciaran sitting alone. She cried as she said how much she had missed Ciaran, leaving Maya Jama in tears too as she told her off for making her cry. However, things turned bad when Ayo decided to recouple with Jess, leaving Mimii single.
Speaking about her decision to stay loyal, she said: "I don't really know what to say. It is what it is, isn't it? It is what it is. I think I needed this for me.
" A source shared Maya's reaction to the devastating and dramatic episode: "Maya feels connected to the Islanders. She struggled to hide her emotion during filming of the Casa Amor re-coupling. It was tough for her to see the reaction from some of the girls, who were shocked to discover the level of betrayal demonstra.
