Scott set up the firm with airline pilot Eden Thomas, but he resigned from his director position late last year. Unfortunately, now it’s collapsed, Adam is left £125,000 out of pocket. Scott stands to lose £70,000 of his own money, while Scott Graham – a friend of the brothers and former chef at restaurant The Spinn – put in another £125,000.
The HMRC is still owed £20,000 in unpaid tax bills, with company staff owed around £7k. Scott pulled the plug on the project after the trio couldn’t afford to put anymore money into the business.
