The Love & Marriage: Huntsville cast is mourning KeKe Jabbar, who has died at the age of 42. Jabbar appeared on the OWN reality series , which follows a group of longtime friends (and frenemies) who live in Huntsville, Ala. Her death was confirmed by YouTuber Marcella Speaks , who shared a statement from Jabbar’s family during a livestream on July 2.
“It is with extreme that we announce the passing of our beloved KeKe,” Speaks said, reading the family’s statement. “She passed away peacefully at home surrounded in love. She was a mom, a sister, a great friend, full of life, love and laughter.

Scott shared a brief statement on Instagram following Jabbar’s death. “At this time we are asking for RESPECT, and PRIVACY in our moment of grief, while we process this great loss!” she wrote. “This is hard for our Family!!!!!” Destiny Payton remembered Jabbar’s “kindness” and “light.
