South Park: The End of Obesity , streaming now on Paramount+, follows foul-mouthed Cartman after he recruits Kyle, Stan, Butters and Kenny for help when he is denied access to a weight-loss drug. According to USA Today , after he learns his insurance won’t cover Ozempic to help him drop pounds, Cartman is made aware of a drug called Lizzo.

“Insurance companies only cover the medication for diabetes, not for weight loss, so if you can’t afford them, you’re just kind of out of luck,” the doctor says.
