Lewis Capaldi has made a quiet return to Glastonbury after an emotional set last year, which saw the crowd carry him through his performance. The beloved Someone You Loved singer, 27, performed at the festival’s Pyramid Stage in 2023, but while performing his hit track Bruises, admitted he was having voice issues and asked the audience to ‘sing with me as loud as you can’. The Glastonbury crowd of course delivered, and the emotional moment went down in history, as Lewis struggled to sing some of the notes .

Since then, the star has largely remained out of the spotlight, though fans have been sent wild with a hint he’s preparing for his musical return . And as he continues keeping a low-profile, he’s now been spotted at Glastonbury this year. The festival at Worthy Farm this year sees SZA, Coldplay, a surprise set from Kasabian and Shania Twain in the Legends slot.



Lewis was pictured in the crowd bopping along to Dua Lipa’s performance on Friday night. A source told MailOnline : ‘He met a group of friends at Dua Lipa and there was loads of hugging going on. ‘He looked like he was having the best time, finger in the air – singing along.

We could all hear him. But then he left after a couple of songs with all his mates.’ Another insider told The Sun that Lewis looked ‘so happy’ and said ‘how pleased he was to be back at Worthy Farm’.
