star Angie Harmon's daughter has been r after she made a promise to the judge. Avery Sehorn, 18, was just a few days after she graduated high school. She was detained by police but has now been released after making a "written promise to appear" in court on June 28 in lieu of a bond.
Avery - who Angie shares with her star ex Jason Sehorn - is now scheduled to present herself at Mecklenburg County Courthouse on June 28. There were no other conditions applied to her release and she did not have to post bail. Court documents obtained by the stated that her release was "authorized upon execution of [her] written promise to appear" in court.
The promise was made to Judge Teresa Stokes in the Mecklenburg County Courthouse, with the documents also detailing that she would be "required to provide fingerprints." Earlier this week Avery was seen pouting in her mugshot after being arrested for allegedly breaking into a North Carolina nightclub after hours and stealing hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol. The club owners of World Night Club told WCCB Charlotte that Avery and two 17-year-old boys broke in through a back door then hid behind his bar and drank his booze.
According to the warrant obtained by , the three recent high school grads were accused of stealing six bottles of liquor worth $500 last Thursday. The owner claimed that the trio fled through the back door once one of his crew members caught them but were tracked down by police soon after. The club owner told the news outl.
