has taken to Instagram to poke fun at fake ads featuring Photoshopped images of himself being arrested. Since being nominated for the Gold Logie on Sunday, the Morning Show host has seen two of the fake ads, which led him to share them on Instagram and jokingly accuse fellow Gold Logie nominee of being behind the fake images. "According to the internet it looks like I’ve been arrested twice since ," Larry wrote.

"I refuse to give in! I’ll be running the rest of my Logies campaign from prison. I know you are behind this @tonaaayy." In the photos, Larry is seen being taken away by two policemen, with the caption reading, "Larry's media career over.

" Funnily, they'd also spelled his surname wrong in the subheading, which read, Edmure didn't know that his mic. was..

. [sic]." Larry's famous friends and followers were quick to share their condolences, with David Campbell writing, "Showbiz is a wild ride buddy.

Can I bring you a cake with a file?" "I’ll come and break you out mate! Standby standby...

" Ant Middleton added. "This is like the 10th time you've been arrested and cancelled this year 😱 You're certainly an overachiever @larryemdur," one follower wrote. "The spelling of 'Edmure' makes it even better," another said.

"The Internet never lies," a third added. "Omg can I take my vote back," someone else joked. "Taking 'The Chase' quite literally there mate 😂," another said, poking fun at Larry's other hosting role on The Chase Australia.

It comes after an insider tol.
