LA Knight’s Message to Logan Paul Ahead of WWE SmackDown By WWE United States Champion received a message from ahead of WWE SmackDown. Paul’s last in-ring appearance was in May against Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed title at the King & Queen of the Ring live event, where he narrowly lost after a tough match. Leading up to the Cody Rhodes bout, WWE teased a possible showdown between Logan Paul and LA Knight.
Both wrestlers met backstage, but their confrontation was interrupted by General Manager Nick Aldis. Last year at WWE Crown Jewel, Logan Paul Rey Mysterio for the US title. During their match, Logan Paul utilized brass knuckles, knocking out Rey Mysterio and securing his first WWE title, the United States Championship.
Currently, a storm of criticism is brewing around WWE United States Champion Logan Paul. Though he only appears for major events like WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam, Paul has rarely defended his title. Till now, he has participated in two defenses, one against at the Royal Rumble and another in a WrestleMania 40 triple threat.
Meanwhile, Paul’s part-time schedule has allowed him to hold the title for over 250 days. This inactivity hasn’t gone unnoticed by the fans, who slam him for being a part-timer who’s only defended the championship twice since his November 2023 win. LA Knight, clearly frustrated by his exclusion from the title picture, has stepped up to challenge Paul directly.
