A man from Karnataka died and two others were injured in a road accident at Kalvabugga in Orvakal mandal on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as P. Venkateswara Rao, 58, a farmer and resident of Vijayanagar Colony in Bellary, Karnataka.
According to police, the incident occurred when the car in which they were travelling hit a tractor near Kalvabugga. Venkateswara Rao died on the spot, and two others, including the driver, were injured in the incident. A case has been registered, and an investigation is ongoing.
