Adil Ray stepped into to help co-host Kate Garraway after she became "flustered" during Friday's show. Kate and Adil had cut back to the studio from a segment on the General Election but the Life Stories presenter appeared to be caught off guard. In a high-pitched voice, she held her hands up and said: "I was just having a hair crisis! I'm going to be honest." "Let me just check this hair now," he said. Adil smoothed his co-host's hair down and returned to his seat, adding: "Yeah, it looks like it normally does." But Kate explained: "People are saying my hair looks sweaty and it flustered me for a moment.
