Justin Timberlake appears to be feeling a bit more light-hearted over his recent arrest for a DWI as he seemed to mock the whole scenario on stage in front of thousands of fans. The 43-year-old US pop star and former NSYNC bandmember was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, a wealthy village in the Hamptons in New York state last month for an alcohol-related offence. It is alleged by police he failed to pause at a stop sign and stay in the right lane.

However, the Cry Me A River singer was in jollier spirits at his latest show on Saturday at Boston’s TD Garden Arena. In a social media video that has gone viral, Justin asks the crowd: ‘Is there anyone here that is driving, no I’m just kidding.’ The entire arena erupts with laughter as Justin himself chuckles along.
