We had another busy holiday with fireworks and lots of people. That is what the Fourth of July holiday is all about — noise bright fireworks and lots of family and friends. Sometimes it seems like we may have gone a bit overboard but it is usually an awesome time for all.

And now it is time to get in gear again and start catching up with the things we are behind on — always something we should be doing and trying desperately to get caught up on. As most of you know, I have just recently moved back into town and I am keeping fairly busy I think. The weather has been very nice and we even had good weather for a few fireworks in the neighborhood.

Very nice, indeed. I was just thinking about our antique classes again and the numbers are running around 20 people — which means 20 items to appraise and find out more info on. That is exciting for the owners of said items! Just sitting here in my recliner with my computer in my lap reminds me very quickly how long we have been doing our antique classes.

I don’t always know what to write about for Trash & Treasures, but that is where the antique classes are so helpful. We are seeing some very awesome treasures coming into our classes. Hope to see even more fantastic items coming in as well — truly so fun to see what comes into the class as well as the stories that come with them.

When we stop and really think about all the items and the stories, it amazes me every single week — truly amazing. Every week we see so many wonde.
